Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using ReferRipple, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. ReferRipple is operated by Enkindle AI LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You may use ReferRipple only for yourself and must provide accurate, current information.

What ReferRipple does

ReferRipple helps members maintain referral availability, describe cards they want, receive match recommendations, request mutual consent, exchange selected contact information, and track referral progress.

ReferRipple is not a bank, is not a card issuer, lender, credit bureau, or broker, and is not a financial advisor or party to any credit application. ReferRipple does not make lending decisions and does not submit applications for users.

No guarantee or financial advice

Card details, rewards, referral eligibility, public offers, and issuer rules can change. You must review the issuer's current terms before applying or sharing a referral.

ReferRipple does not guarantee approval, credit terms, a welcome offer, referral eligibility, a referral bonus, payment by another member, or the accuracy of user-provided information. Information on the service is for coordination purposes and is not financial, legal, tax, or credit advice.

Accounts and information you provide

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may provide profile details, contact preferences, card and reward information, referral links, notes, reports, ratings, and transaction updates. You retain ownership of this information and give us a limited right to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve ReferRipple.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, full payment-card numbers, income, credit scores, application identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Consent and contact reveal

ReferRipple is designed to keep private contact details unavailable to another member until the relevant referral request is accepted. After acceptance, selected contact details may be visible to the referral participants so they can coordinate directly.

A private referral link should be shared only through the intended referral workflow and only with the intended participant. Once information is revealed or shared with another person, that person's handling of it is not fully under ReferRipple's control.

Acceptable use

You may not use ReferRipple to deceive, impersonate, harass, threaten, discriminate against, spam, or pressure another person; evade card-issuer rules; manipulate ratings or matches; distribute another person's contact details or private referral link; introduce malware; scrape the service; probe its security; or use the service for unlawful activity.

Private side payments and arrangements are solely between the participating users. ReferRipple does not hold funds, enforce those arrangements, or resolve payment disputes.

Reports, moderation, and account action

Users may report or block other members. We may review reports and remove content, limit functionality, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain the service.

We may preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or legal compliance, even after an account is suspended or deleted.

Service availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue a feature. We may update supported cards, matching rules, limits, and workflows as the product develops.

If we make a material change to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. When legally required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReferRipple is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enkindle AI LLC and its members, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost rewards, lost profits, lost data, credit decisions, or conduct of another user arising from or related to ReferRipple.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
