Who we are

Enkindle AI LLC, a Washington limited liability company, operates ReferRipple. This Privacy Policy applies to the ReferRipple website, accounts, referral workflows, and support interactions.

Information we collect

Account and profile information includes your email address, display name, authentication records, optional LinkedIn URL, and optional contact methods such as phone number or messaging handle.

Referral information includes cards you have or want, reward descriptions, referral capacity and availability, private referral links, notes intended for applicants, private notes, match activity, transaction status, reports, blocks, and ratings.

Technical and support information may include IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, security and diagnostic logs, email-delivery events, and information you send when contacting support.

We ask users not to provide Social Security numbers, bank credentials, full payment-card numbers, income, credit scores, application identifiers, health information, or detailed financial profiles. ReferRipple does not need this information to provide the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; save card and referral preferences; generate and improve match recommendations; coordinate consent and referral progress; reveal selected contact details at the appropriate workflow stage; send transactional notifications; provide support; investigate reports; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our Terms; and comply with law.

We may use aggregated or deidentified information to understand service performance and improve ReferRipple, provided it is not reasonably capable of identifying you.

How information is disclosed

Referral participants: after a referral request is accepted, selected contact details may be disclosed to the other participant. Notes intended for applicants may be shown during matching and referral coordination. Private notes are not intended to be shared with another user.

Service providers: we use vendors that host, secure, and operate the service, including Cloudflare for application hosting and network services, Supabase for authentication and database services, and Resend for transactional email delivery. They process information for us under their applicable agreements.

Safety and legal reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or respond to an emergency.

Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.

We do not sell personal information for money and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data retention

We retain account and referral information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction integrity, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

When you delete your account, we delete or deidentify account information from active systems unless retention is reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups and security logs until they expire through ordinary retention cycles.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update profile and contact information through your account and can delete your account from Account settings. You may also ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account by contacting support.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may retain information or decline a request when permitted or required by law, including for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or legal obligations. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

ReferRipple currently sends service and transaction-related messages rather than promotional marketing email. If we introduce marketing messages, we will provide legally required choices and honor applicable opt-out requests.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, including access controls and workflow restrictions around private contact details and referral links. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Age restriction

ReferRipple is available only to people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

United States service

ReferRipple is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised Policy, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when legally required.
